Suggested workflow
1Plan. Open a stream (Instagram or XHS), click a card, write the content and caption.
2Send to Margaret. Tick the ones to design as For Margaret, then Export to Google Doc from the orange bar.
3Asset back. When her image or Canva link arrives, open the post and paste it into Final asset link.
4Queue. Tick the post Posted / chosen. It moves into the Post tab in posting order.
5Post. In the Post tab, copy the caption, open the asset, post on IG or XHS, then tap Mark posted.
6Done. It lands in Posted as your archive. Back to queue any time if you need to repost.
